Balancing arbors designed by Hydra-Lock are used in the production of engine fan blades, main shaft assembly (known as Christmas Tree), engine assemblies, and any component parts that require precision balancing.

Hydra-Lock Balancing Arbors

The balancing arbors from Hydra-Lock grip your part a full 360 degrees over the full length of the locating diameter. This large surface area requires less force than a mechanical arbor to securely hold the part and therefore creates much less distortion of the part.  It can withstand greater torque than conventional work holding while maintaining repeatability of 1 micron.

• They can grip on multiple locating datums with variable pressure if required
• They are designed specifically for your part and for your datums whether they are round, splined, flat or in any other configuration
